To support the high level of growth, we need to upgrade our stock storage and picking locations. This will mean that orders placed between 9th-15th Jan will have longer dispatch & delivery times whilst we upgrade for new and exciting things to come!

We have two standard delivery rates, which make things easier for our customers.
Our delivery is priced based on what we pay - so we try and get the fairest price for our customers.

Every single item has 'delivery confirmation', as Royal Mail, our main  courier, scan the package before posting it through the letterbox. This  records the exact location (even the GPS co-ordinates!) of where the package was delivered.

Our rates are as follows:

Small orders (1-2 bars) just £1.59

Anything above 2 bars or anything else (burners/gift hampers) £3.99 no matter how large the order is!

Currently orders above the value of £35 are dispatched tracked free of charge

What is your shipping policy?

If  you are browsing using our mobile site, we are aware that it isn't  obvious at all times where the discount code goes! 🙃 This is due to the structure of the payment processor, who run millions of sites in the UK, but it is unchangeable by retailers due to the security of the checkout.

Once you know where it is hiding, however, it's easy!

Once you get to the checkout page, click on show order summary


This  will then load a box (as shown below) to enter your discount code.  Please note, the system limitations only allow one code to be entered  per order (so use the best one!)

 


It will then display the below box (obviously without that specific wax melt, unless you've chosen it! 😜)

How do I apply a discount code?

Your subscription can be edited or cancelled from your account, if you made one at the time of checking out.

We don't automatically create you an account when you check out, as we value your data privacy!

If  you cannot log into your account by clicking forgotten password, it's  likely you didn't create an account at checkout - but there's a  workaround for this!

Simply  register for an account on our website with the same email address  which you used to create the order. This will link any past orders made  on that address and you will be able to see your orders/subscription.🙃

There  will also be a link in your subscription email with further details -  if you click this link, there is a 'cancel subscription' red button in  the bottom right hand corner!

Click this and your all done, and you can choose to resubscribe at any time!

How do I cancel my subscription?

We do try and ship as quickly as we can - the quickest way to get us to amend it is to whatsapp us on 07899 868289

Please include your order number, name and the new shipping address. We will confirm once changed (as long as the parcel hasn't physically left us!)

If you do not have whatsapp please click ' i need more help' and send a message, again with your order number (if known), and the new shipping address!

I need to change the shipping address!

Your order is being packed or has just recently been dispatched. Due to the high volume of orders we process, sometimes your tracking information can take while to upload (and for the dispach email to send). If you need an urgent update, please whatsapp using the whatsapp icon on the bottom left of the page. Otherwise your order will be with you shortly!

Do you offer wholesale?

We understand that often it can be frustrating ordering something for somebody but you wish for the price to be hidden.We do not ship with invoices inside (it's a waste of paper!), and therefore you can rest assured the item price will not be include
